Over the years the company has developed strong trading relationships with all the leading suppliers and has also enhanced its purchasing power by the selective use of its warehouse facilities to take advantage of economies of scale whenever possible.
The supervision element of budgetary control is fulfilled by our team of Quantity Surveyors, all of whom are qualified and experienced in every aspect of construction. By a combination of recording, monitoring, comparing and investigating the team ensure that costs remain within budget allowing accurate forecasting and tight financial control.
