Building Services Management
Our Building Services Management team manage our M&E Consultants, Sub-contractors and Specialists to ensure that we achieve our project objectives in terms of programme, quality and cost. We are pro-active in Value Engineering M&E design solutions for our development schemes. Our Building Services Engineers are Members of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and they manage our NICEIC and GasSafe Registrations.

Design of M&E Services
Design is critical to our project work on M&E; we design some small projects in-house. Our Engineers are ideally placed to review and co-ordinate design works, where these have been developed by our external Consultants. Galliard Construction Ltd. operate an in-house service for the management and delivery of the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services elements of our construction projects.
We play an active part in the current debates regarding Low and Zero Carbon Housing and have contributed to the  Zero Carbon Hub – Zero Carbon Homes Consultations. Galliard Construction Ltd. retains qualified new-build Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) who carry out Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations to confirm compliance with the Part L Building Regulations and provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for new Dwellings.

Site Installation and Customer Care
We have teams of GasSafe registered plumbers and NICEIC approved electricians who service our projects, construction site temporary electrics and customer services. We carry company registrations with GasSafe and NICEIC to meet our legal requirements and demonstrate our commitment to quality and safety in these areas.
